V8 ZJ ball joints

I need to replace the ball joints on my 98 XJ with a D30, a buddy owed me one and gave me a set of brand new 98 ZJ ball joints. Do you guys think they'll fit in my D30?

I searched and came up with nothing.

Fairly certain they won't call NAPA or Jeep Parts counter

Yes, they are the same. Part numbers are identical.
