Since the Hollister trip was cancelled, and I have the weekend free. Josh, AKA XJumpmaster from Utah, is in the Bay Area training at Camp Parks in Dublin. Anyone up for a run somewhere? I know most of the Sierra trails are under snow right now. Just looking for some options on where to go or what to do in the Jeeps. Anyone got any ideas?

Snow run on Emigrant trail. I will bring my daughter. That means a good sledding hill is required, probably.

which side of emig trail do you come from the 88 side or hwy 50 side?

50 of course. 88 is a snow park, off limits.

I used to live 30 seconds from there, wife is hella prego now and didnt want to be stuck in snow when in labor, I miss pollock pines. some neat trails back off emig trail.

I talked to Josh last night. We probably will head up to Prairie City and hang with the Sac guys.

Kinda depends if I get doing "army training, Sir!" Razzle-dazzle bs type stuff. They keep promising weekends off but come up with crap to keep us around.
