If you have any advice I'm all ears. I have spacers up front now. Today I broke a stud, and I was going to Moab at the crack of dawn tomorrow. Hopefully I can be gone by noon.

I got new studs to replace all of them. They are a hair too big. They ran in about half way but that is it. The splines are in half way. I have the wheel on now and can't pull them through any more. Thought about driving on it and stopping to make sure they are tight. Figured they would work themselves right.

Heres my problem. I am worried that the studs made the hole too big to go to smaller ones. If the smaller ones strip the hole I'm screwed. Worried my wheel will fall off if I leave them. I could take them off for Moab, but my tires will rub. Any suggestions? Does any one have a spacer laying around? Thanks for your help.

I say tighten the wheel, drive it a couple of miles and retighten. Repeat the process untill they are all the way in.

Ya, I saw your remnants at Co Fest. I got some spacers, wheeled Moab, and now I'm back. Kick ass time.
