Look up windshield places in the yellow pages. About $150 installed.

x2. Call around and price them out. My guys only charge me $100 now, but then again I have them on speed dial being on my 7th windshield from them.
Also might want to consider used glass if you want to go cheap. Around here there are places next door to all the junk yards.
