Congrats. Our firearm season doesn't start till Nov. 11th so I still have alot of weekend to kill till then.

We just got back from philly, he got it after we left and just finished butchering it. Will ask if he took some pics otherwise I'll photo the head out on the deck..

10 Pt 14" spread 215lbs 148" score 9/29/06

Before light buck came under my stand and bedded down im 25' in the air not knowing he was under me went to get a jolly rancher out of my pocket, looked down to see him sleeping underneath my feet dropped the jolly rancher on his back. He jumped up walked about 25 yards stopped him then double lunged him for 40 yard track.

Brother just got one with a bow in Nebraska. I cant wait to get back there and have pics of my own to share!!

This is what I shot Tuesday evening. Had to wait overnight and go out Wed. 25th morning to get him. I'm happy!

I've never been big on killing something I didn't eat and long pig never appealed to me.

I wanted to post pics of ours but other than a pic of the full freezer and a huge pot of chilli thats all thats left... probably add a couple more next month...
