Will anyone be able to tune in CB's there. I borrowed a SWR meter but I am still to dumb to know how to use it. I have a elcheapo set so I am in need of some help. :gee:

Put me in that list. My radio has a built in SWR meter, but it never hurts to check it.

I will be there too. I have a back ground in communications. I will bring my SWR meter. If any one need help let me know.

I will be driving a blue MJ.

Just look for PORKY at the drivers meeting.

speaking of cb's. I have a couple Cobra LTD29's that I'd let go for cheap. one works but is muddy, the other works but you can't change the channel. something to do with an open top jeep. :dunno:

It really helps to tune it. 3 of us just installed cb radios and bought a new SWR meter from Fry's. I am at around 1.2, which I was told is pretty good. I have a K40 radio and 5.5' antenna.
