Andre is a friend of mine, XJ owner and fellow 4 wheeler. I hope this turns out in the best possible way for him. We had actually been out wheelin a week before all of this went down.

Do you guys think it was justifiable to run him down? Why didn't Andre just beat the shit out of the guy? If someone is kicking my Jeep, and calling me out in public, I wouldn't try to drive away period! It would be on like Donkey Kong! :skull1:

I hope the best for him, but man, what a bad decision!!!

this is why i have my CCW, a properly used/visible weapon is a very effective pshycological weapon and before you flame me i have gone thorough many many many hours of use of fore training in the military, and im sure any other person who is military police has gone through the same. awesome!! Very glad to hear it worked out well in the end. Sucks that he had to go through it at all, but all is well now, and he can get back to wheeling :)

he'll wheelin with us next summer hopefully... i remember seeing him and the jeep around town seens he lived in palmer but never got a chance to wheel with him

not sure if it will, but as i understand it that time served while waiting often does count. i guess we'll find out at the sentencing on friday

hes getting credited for time served, and the jeep is in the garage at bpd covered in police tape and will be released once court is all settled and evidence is no longer needed

Yeah true! We have a few bars around here that aren't bad at all. There are a couple though that are packed with idiots all weekend. I just shut my mouth and watch people be stupid!
