Pre 97 bumper on 97+

Is it possible to mount an older style bumper on newer cherokees? Does is looks ok? I lost a bumper cap and i have to buy a whole new bumper setup at the JY, but i found a chrome bumper on a pre 97 that is in good condition. I know it'll probably bolt up but will it fill gaps on the side and look ok?

If you do this you will also need to get the 96- bumper brackets for both sides. They are different from 96 to 97 and will not interchange.

For new bumper ends try eBay or www.certifit.com

You need the old style bumper brackets to go with the old style bumper. It will look funny.
