Either a front 30 or a front 44 would be my guess. I have seen them that big over on the explorer board. I use to have a Ranger and I surfed some of the Ford sites.

Buddy bought it and had it shipped out here last year, has tons of niiice stuff, but the engine needed work after one ride. 6 mo. later its ready to roll when I visit back home it 2 weeks for a ride. Was it worth $9k shipped sure, but the headaches eeeesssh

Eh, I don't use the wiper anyways, so I took it off (my wife likes playing with buttons and it drove me up the wall when she messed with that) and its really just an illusion on the trim peice. Its chrome and the light just makes it look smaller, but thanks! I like the way it looks back there too. Being lazy and need to finish my projects on the thing.

Those rear wipers make good water guns. It's funny......if you cut the hose or pull it off then hit the wash button it'll shoot fluid about 6 feet. Funny to use when people ride your arse.

lapisxj how well do those rock lights work being under the fender and all...i mean when stuffing the wheel and what not?

They work pretty well there but they do cast a shadow directly outside the tire. The only problem I have is keeping the bolts tight on the rubber housing when they get bounced around a lot. They sure have generated a lot of questions being there. :laugh:

I forgot to tell yall what I got... RE 4.5" SuperFlex lift, AR 16x8" 4.5" bs, 265/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers, ARB Bull Bar, Thule rack with Yakima mounts (bars not pictured), lots of stereo stuff, Viper alarm and remote start, upgraded all factory wiring to high current with Bosch relays, and a lot of beach sand in the carpet. I just moved back up to Lake Norman from Wilmington, so the Jeep lived out on Carolina Beach this summer.

I got some control arms in the deal, that were Tony's, and bought a rear bumper from Tony that was originally on Matt's XJ... only it didn't have the tire carrier when Matt had it. So, the bumper that used to be on the front of Matt's XJ, is now on Doug's and is for sale... and would look good back on the white XJ I must admit... Mine,.. Right? :eek:

I even bought my MORE off-road brace that was on my MJ when I sold it to Matt, that is now going on the XJ.

BUT what they may not know... is the MJ that used to be mine and now belongs to Matt, used to be my friend Doug's, and once was our friend Jason's... :D

yeah we have issues.... funny part was when matt had the green xj it was on that then it went to the white xj then i bought it and it went back on the green xj then if you decide you want it it will be back on the white xj..... and speaking of buying things back i might like those lca's on the white jeep if you decide to upgrade suspension :D

Thanks. It's one of those beautiful places where it's hard to get a bad photo -- even for me! We were probably in that one spot taking pictures for nearly half an hour. Everyone took a turn parking their rig up there on the edge. It's a very long, sheer drop-off behind the Jeep. Even though it's not an XJ, I have to post this one. It's probably my favorite from that day -- always brings a smile to my face. The little one was not quite 2 years at the time, if I recall correctly.

update.

added a BB to the jeep. when i added some RE axle shims last month it brought the rear up a little. only like 1/2''. so i added some RE lift shackles, thanks chris, to the rear. for the front i added some 2'' spacers and removed the stock isolators. thanks for the spacers dan.
current setup, rustys 4.5 coils and 2'' spacers minus the stock isolators with longarms.
the rear has RE 4.5 leaves with 6degree shims and RE 1.25 lift shackles.

this current setup has me now needing a new track bar and sye. i just now contracted the vibes. and the frame mount of the track bar is in such a bind when flexed lightly.

Yeah, Looks that way, its my DD, so for right now I just have a lot of flex and not a lot of clearance.

The "Dumptruck" bit was an inside joke after seeing a post on one of Grimus's posts. The lift was stiff when we first got it installed, but is a lot more cushy now, I just had to drive over some things first...tires....curbs....shopping carts.
