how do i disassemble my kc slimlite?

ok, so i bought some new 130 watt bulbs and get this... i dont know how to take em apart and the stupid instructions dont say anything about how to take it apart... can anyone give me any insight on how to do this? i tried twisting them off like a jar but no luck.

do i just unscrew that one phillips screw and it comes off or what?

if its anything like the daylighters there may be a screw holding the outer ring of the housing on
