i don't know that is the average speed i tow mine at unless i'm in cali(chp don't seem to like that too much)

FYI: Channel 4 news just reported sections of the 15/215 Interstate will shut down and detoured to city streets the whole weekend, and every weekend till the end of Oct. for re-paving. Just thought id let u guys know.
