I just ordered 5 of them. I am going to hang one on the stock tire carrier for a spare. Do you think they will be ok on my welded Dana 35? :explosion

Only if you don't use loctite on the cap bolts.
Then it'll really last.

Yep, AT.
Pure brilliance.
Make a cool looking tire and people will want it, until they buy it and use it.

i know a couple that like em. "there great in the mud if you have bunch of horsepower to keep em clean" you can keep a street tire clean if you spin it fast enough
OT
September 28th, 2006, 22:49
But why would one want to have a Thornbird, when the can pay the same for a mud tire?
Cool factor sells every time.

Those things make that 17" look like a 10. Have to have at least 20's to look decent.

I have a 1983 Convertible VW Rabbit that I am grafting to a Samurai frame.
I think I might have to get a set of those.

It's a non c-clip, so it should be ok.
