Cage and Stiffening Q's

OK I am decided I am doing an exo tyeing my rocker guards (AJ's) to my front (Rusty's Baja) and rear (Daystar tube) bumpers. My question is kinda two part.
1) Will the points already tied to the "frame" be enough for a full exo cage or should I tie it in somewhere else?
2) Will tieing everything together stiffen the jeep? or
3) Will it be needed to add frame stiffeners when I do the cage or can I do them later

Stiffiners have two functions.
1)reduce flex
2)protect guage metal unibody.

IMO, adding stiffiners is a small percentage of the work to do a complete exo.
