Its making a loud tick/clicking noise on an equal interval, very loudly...

Are you refering to the sensor connector?

Yes, either that connector and/or whatever it is connected to makes a loud click about every 2-3sec when engine running...

That is an emissions device and yes, the clicking is normal.

I thought that it may have been the high speed canuter valve assembly, but was not sure. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

It needs 1.21 Gigawatts to operate, that's why it clicks. Great Scott!
