Does anyone know the compressed/extended lengths of Rusty's 3" shocks for the XJ? A buddy of mine wants to sell me his 4-5" lift skyjacker shocks but I want to make sure they are flexier than the 3" Rusty's I already have, thanks.

Anyone know where I can find this out? Rusty's doesn't have their email contact info on their site anymore and I work the entire time they are open for phone calls.

a 4-5" shock will probably be longer than a 3" shock.

I heard that Doetshtech(sp?) makes Rusty's shocks. The Doetshtech 3" shocks are actually longer than the 4"-5" skyjacker shocks a buddy of mine is hooking me up with. I would hate to pay him for shocks that are going to limit my articualtion more than the shocks I already have on.

If thats the case, go to doetsch techs sit and look up there dt 3000 3" shock lengths. and a 3" shock will be shorter than a 4.5. and call rustys and find out where you can get there shock specs.

3 in front 24.50 ext rear 25.10 ext

4.5 front 26.30 ext rear 26.70 ext

24.84" extended / 14.82 compressed - rears
24.75" extended / 14.54 compressed - fronts

Looks like I will just be making some bar pin eliminators instead.
