Dim Lights Problem

First timer here. I have a 2000 XJ and it seems like my lights on the dashboard like radio, temp controls and etc... is getting dimmer. Any ideas? I thought it might be a battery problem but the battery gauge says batter is fine.

appreciate any help I can get.

ground problem, or the headlamp/dimmer switch going out would be my two guesses.

Just turn the headlight switch.
