Just as the subject states..
I really REALLY wish I would have just went Ruffstuff or Rockcrusher for my diff cover. Not only did they lie about having it in stock when I called to confirm that before ordering. But they lied when I talked to them 2 wks later and I asked where the fuk is my cover, and they told me Oh well we were out of stock and we have them now, I will bump it up to 3 day delivery. Its been over a wk and still dont have sh1t from the POS company!
I will never order anything ever again fromo them. I never have in the past, always every other vendor it seemed. But after seeing Avery's cover I figured ok well it should be cool. But after this they can lick nuts. I am now going to have to put a stock cover on it and just hope that I get it some day in the future..
Very frustrating. All I can say is that with how many manufactures are out there making the same exact parts or better, Might as well go with one that is honest and follows threw.....

have to add.. After holding for aprox 22min just now.. I was typing while on hold and just got off the phone.. I was told that fedex must have messed up, cause it shipped on the 21st adn was sent 3day air. Umm Right.... Fedex (which I get packages to my work from about 3 per week) have never taken 5-6days for a air package.
In any case its said to be out for delivery today.. I will see if that was a lie also later...

why don't you ask btf for a tracking number, that way you can see exactly when they sent the info in, exactly when they dropped the package off, and what has happened to it since. Dan is usually pretty hard to get ahold of, but once you get him he's generally pretty good about taking care of things.

I did call and asked for a tracking number. About 20min later the same guy picked up the phone and asked "oh no one got to you yet?". I informed him no, and proceeded to explain the situation. he took my name and about a min later came back on and said it shows on truck out for delivery today.
So when it gets here it will have the tracking # and I will just look it up for my own reference and such...

I have had great luck with great lake and Dan at Ruffstuff is incredible. I used BTF, MORE, and a few others but have decided to stick with Ruffstuff whenever possible.

I never said Horrible.... I said POS.. :paperwork
In any case I really meant this to be more of a attack on thier follow threw and customer service. Since thats all I can relate to currently. The product its self will tell more about the "Company" and product.
For Now they have just f'ed up on the easy stuff, Service and doing as they say. Time will tell how they do at the difficult stuff, like product....

ok well at least they sent it out when they said the second time.. But still I am not happy that It went to the day before D-Day. I confirmed with them that I would have it about a week ago before I ordered it on like the 7th. In any case it does look nicer then the Ruffstuff cover I got. But I think its slightly thinner material. Not worried one bit though since its on teh rear. My ruffstuff is on the front where thickness would mater...

Not only did they lie about having it in stock when I called to confirm that before ordering.
Same BTF experience here.
Two day turnaround became six weeks of nothing. Order cancelled.

I've only dealt with BTF once & I'd say their service was above & beyond.
I ordered a Hi9 skid & was told it would be a couple/few weeks, as the finial production model hadn't been 'finalized' yet. They called me once with an update, & called again when it was ready to ship to let me know that they lowerd the price.

I had a good experience with BTF. I ordered a 8.25 diff cover from them. True, the box was missing the fill plug. But I called them and they expressed one to me that same day.
