Power outlet help question

The power outlet on my 99' xj, (right to the cigarette lighter) won't supply any power,the cigarette lighter does, does this power supply outlet have a fuse ? ( thought it was #1 but It's fine...)or any other thing I could check ? Thanks!

Fuse #1 in the box near right front door should be it. Did you test for voltage at both sides of that fuse?

Actually I didn't...if there is no voltage there, is there any other step to take next ? Thanks
