Anybody in/arround Binghamton?

Just wanted to know who's in/arround the Binghamton area, I've seen a few XJ's and a couple ZJ's modded out. Anybody know any good spots to go wheelin? I've seen some trails from 17 along the river and I've been told you can wheel out behind Friehoffer's in Vestal by Castle Gardens. I've also heard about some trails at some old ski slope place near Penn Ave in Binghamton.

I've got a black 2 door w/the lightbar if anybody's wonderin what kinda truck I got, lift & 33's goin on real soon.

I'm in Elmira and work near Sayre. Not many places that I know of for wheeling. Most of what I do is west of here. If you find some areas to explore I'm always up for a run.

I'm in Palmyra about 40 miles West of Syracuse.

I'm in Bingo town I've got the green XJ with spare and hilift on the roof. That spot by friehoffers get's potroled quite a bit now I guess. There is some light wheeling on the state lands but nothing you couldn't do in 2wheel. I also drive a TJ as my DD it's a green sahara with a 2bb 31's and rock sliders. We should set up a M&G I know a great new place to eat in Conklin it has the best smoked briskett I've ever had

Yep and on the roof rack. You be seeing it for a little bit while I'm working on it and then I'm going to paint it black or primer gray keep going back and forth with the color

I just left Syracuse. I was living in Baldwinsville. It sucks you guys start popping up after I move out. Oh well. My daughter lives up near Watertown. Have fun in the Snow. I'm missing it. Stuck here in the dang desert.

The SYE's already installed in the new case. I'm just waiting to install it until I have $500 to drop on a new crossmember/skid and rear driveshaft.

I'm right in Binghamton. I live in the Town of Maine and go to SUNY Bing. I've got a '94 with a 3.5" lift and a few other goodies. Definitely down to go wheelin if anybody wants to meet up.

Mine's red. The three give-aways are: Red grenade sticker on driver's side rear window, big 'ol hard CB antenna on top and the lack of the hideous "sport strip" that's on all over 94's.

Was that the one that was at the muffler shop by BU for a couple days awhile back? There's another, newer red one runnin arround too but I've really only seen it downtown along with a maroon& primer one w/6" lift I've seen over at BCC.

I doubt mine was the one at the muffler shop...the only times mechanics have touched mine was for alignment and for when it broke down at the stealership parking lot!
Mine's on campus during school and at the corner of Farm to Market and East Maine roads during breaks.
I've been seeing a ton of modded XJ's lately, way moreso than Wranglers. I guess you just notice it more once you've upgraded yourself!

I think I know what one you're talking about. If it's forest green, I know the guy that built it. It's had three owners since then, I think. It's definitely a nice rig.

nope, I have a roof-mounted one that I throw on top of my Surco rack during the summer. I just took 'er off to make room for the snowboard rack.

Nope wasn't me in fact I've got mine completly stripped and sanded ready for paint. Isaw a light blue one yesterday pulling out of the Giant on upper front street. We have to make contact with these folks and let them know about are meet He!! there's probalbly 10 of right here in town.

Hey guys I am up in Norwich, about 45 minutes north. I don't have an XJ yet but I am looking pretty hard core. If you guys know anyone that is getting rid of a '99 Black XJ let me know with a PM. Next year I am hoping to go to BU and I should have a small lift and somem other mods to it by then so I will definately hook up with you guys to do some trails.
