AW4 Downshift Issue

I've noticed here lately that If I drop the selector in the 1-2 position, occasionally my transmission will drop into first well above the 25 mph setting. It did it twice around 35 mph, and once above 40 mph...Is this a solenoid issue?? also Once last month my jeep was starting from a stop in second gear. 95 4.0 AW4

Many of the shifting problems are from the TPS. Have you checked your fluid level?

Fluid is fresh and full.

Did you test the TPS yet?
