Stock 2001 black bumper

I have a stock 2001 black bumper, it has fog lights in it, I think the bulbs might be bad. It has one scratch in it on the right hand side that can be seen in the picture. I am not sure on a price but I don't need it anymore. So what ever is fair for both of us.
