Removing windshield

Anyone know how to remove a windshield without damaging it?
I have a '96 base model (rubber gasket.)

The windshield is held in with urethane. Its pretty hard to get out if you haven't done it before. Your best bet is to locate a local mobile auto glass company and get them to pull it out then reinstall it for you. If you can't find one try a local body shop and see who they use.
