just a quick question, I'm able to pick up an 8.25 out of a 97 to swap out the turdy-five. I just wanted to know if this would be the 27 or 29 spline version.

96+ 8.25 are all 29 spline

Kinda,96 is a split year,Ive only seen 29's,but plenty of reports for 27's in 96 year models.
