ok, the jeep bleed out this am on the drive way shortley after my dad started it....but, he didnt noticed and got it almost out of the neighboorhood before it stoped moving due to no tranny fluid. there is so much fluid I cant see where my leak is, but, all the fluid is at the front of the eng. compartment. My service book dosent show any tranny lines at all, so, what lines are up front? any of them high psi? will a piece of hose w/ some hose clamps work to replace a broken line? I am about to go wipe everything down then run a few bottles of tranny fluid in the jeep so I can find the leak....but I am open to any ideas/suggestions you guys have. 93 XJ 4L selec-trac4wd police package (think it has a big oil/tranny cooler on it amongst other stuff) All stock motor/AW4 tranny.
