What size bolt does the axle end of the trackbar use?

99 Dana 30. Lost the trackbar bolt while wheeling this weekend. Have a temporary one in it now, but it contributed to some nasty death wobble today.

Curious about one thing. On my 89 Dana 30 that the front end used to use, the trackbar bolt threaded into the axle. on this one there are no threads. I had to use a nut. Is this normal?

There is a nut that goes on the backside. But has a steel tab tacked to it so it can be held in place because you can't get a wrench in there. Can't remember the size of bolt but the nut is pain when it gets rusty. I just tapped a chunk of 3/8" flatbar and used that.

Mine is a 15mm bolt head.

Mine was TIGHT as hell. I stuck a break bar on it then on the handle used a jack to break it free. Also A LOT OF PB BLASTER.

M10x1.5x70, according to my 1997-'99 parts manual. It sounds about a 1/2" short to me, though.

I went to the dealer, they could get them, but they wanted 15 bucks for the nut.

A quick trip to the junkyard netted 2 bolts and 3 of the nuts for $2. Now I have spares.
