Who has a Tomken Bumper AND gas tank skid?

I got a killer deal on a Tomken gas skid this weekend and when I went to mount it I found a few problems. The skid would mount if the Long metal "Straps" of the Tomken bumper (w reciever) weren't there. As it is now, the pinch seam of the gas tank are under the straps, not allowing a gap for the skid to clear and mount. Any suggestions? Also what thread and pitch are the bolts for the J-bolts of the gas tank straps?
