Vehicle: 93 sport, 4L/aw4/231/d35/d30/3.5"RE/31"s

Story:
2 weeks ago we had a good snow storm, left the roads slick for a good week. Jeep was doing about 30mph in 4hi, slid and hit curb at speed.
drove away

Issue: 4wd is now Binding terribly in 4hi and even worse in 4Lo
when going strait, issue seems to be tamed and not noticeable,
when turning, something seems to be binding and it eventually Pops, only to do it again immediately. It almost feels as if its tugging towards the direction your turning.

side note: No apparent issues at all in 2wd

Possible result: You're answer goes here lol
Possible fix: You're answer goes here lol

You sure it didn't do this before? If you are on dry pavement, binding when steering in 4WD is normal. The reason is that part-time 4wd lock the speed of the front wheels to the speed of the rear wheels. In a turn the front wheels need to travel slightly further. You should only use 4wd on slick road surfaces.
