broke PS reservoir nipple

I was changing the PS return hose on my 97 and the plastic nipple broke off inside the hose. Now all thts left on the reservoir is the fat part right before it turned down. I put a spark plug boot over this and cincged it down with a zip tie but it came loose and sprayed me in the face with PS fluid. Any ideas? Im trying to avoid replacing the whole thing.

Open it up and use it.

the nightmare endeth.....at least for now. I got one of those nipples. enlarged the hole and popped it in. a little silicone around it just in case. Fired it up.....no leaks. I hope it holds.
