Spare tire can be pushed forward under rack so that a fullsize cooler can be put in the rear or spare can stay there and anything under the rack wont go into orbit.

Installed some net to keep the stuff in place. Also the custom AEM air filter made from exhaust pipe. Just a few things santa did while I was doing the dishes, I came out to weld (dont know if I should put my name on them though).

I might suggest that the 'floor' you put on your new rack be removable.
It helps when needing some extra vertical space...ask me how I know...:D

entire rack is removable with 4 bolts.

honestly, the chop saw is just as easy for "one at a time" notches...
