Left turn signal

Ok I searched but couldnt find anything so I'll ask: When I use my6 left turn signal it squeels loudly and does not blink, but sometimes it works fine, any ideas?

Never heard a turn signal squeel. Only the serpentine belt, the idler pulley, or my girl friend (lol). Mine seemed to get a little sporadic (worked sometimes, others just clicked a little). Since then I try to push it pretty good so that maybe the contacts make better contact and work better. Could be contacts in the multi-function switch going bad. If they are not pushed good, they may arc more and build up resistance. Since I started pushing mine good, it seems to work better.
