!!!1I'm sorry to bring up the headliner thing again (Yes I did a search), but I finally pulled mine down, and noticed the underside of the tin was quite moist. Where to start looking for the problem? Also, people keep saying they just replace the fabric, and sand down the board. My fabric is glued to a yellow insulation looking material which is sagging almost as bad as the fabric. Do I need a whole new headliner? Thanx

That yellow thing is supposed to be a fiberglass reinforcement for your headliner. Can't tell you where to look for the moisture problem, but I redid one of the fiberglass things on a former headliner with strips of boat fiberglass and cured it with heatlamps and about 48 hours to set up until it was fairly rigid again. HTH

When you go to put a new one in you can do what my PO did, 3 inch troll hair, it lets you know which way the wind is blowing for whatever reason you need to know. And provides cushion incase of a roll over:D
