xj motor 4.0 105,000 miles need gone

i have a 4.0 high output motor out of a 91 xj. motor as about 105,000 miles on it. still has intake and exhaust manifolds, a/c compressor, alt,water pmp. needs cleaning up but runs. would like $800 for it but make me an offer. pm me or just call 909-851-1413 thanks
