problems with my 5 speed

it seems when i shift 3rd let go of the shifter let the clutch out it dosent engauge but if i hold it in third and let it out the clutch its fine it just seems to grind a bit any solutions? the previous owner said the shift forks were bent but were replaced. its a 89 cherokee 4.0L 5-speed i just picked up

sound like they didnt fix it properly

also down shifting to first it dosent seem to like either unless your stopped
