4" or 4.5"

Ok I've been seeing a ton of thread s on lifts today but none answered my question so.... I'm buying a either a 4" or 4.5" RE lift, my question(s) are 1.) Do or should I use drop brackets for the control arms. 2.) Do or should I drop the transfer case 3.)Will I have to do anything with ym stock pitman arm or tir rods or anything else to my stock steering?

Your steering will be ok at that height but look into replacing the tie rod if you do any wheeling (its quite thin) drop brackets arent needed but will really help with the ride and flex, you may or may not need a t-case drop, thats about the limits for the stock driveshaft.
