Help! my jeep has developed a problem! she starts up runs fine for a few mins then starts spluttering and dies....sometimes she will fire straight back up other times she refuses to start at all...ive changed the crankshaft position sensor, same problem and she is not showing any fault codes.. i can hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds then stops and it seems to have pressure..this problem happens all the time every day please help...

have you actually checked fuel pressue at the fuel rail? And just because the pump comes on does not necessarily mean that it is functioning properly.

Replace the pickup underneath the rotor. it has gone bad/is going bad. Replace it and you should be good to go.
