In a switch, looks like it wasn't Swampy that ended up starting his year off as "ceiling art."
Looks like Roger got taped up there instead (Swampy usually gets stapled to the ceiling during New Year's parties.) Instead, Swampy is sleeping feet-up in a chair off to the side.
Apart from that, looks like some parties I've been to. Glad I'm usually too big to get stapled, taped, or glued to the ceiling...
