help needed with vacuum hook up

I've just recently replaced the motor in the 90, the vacuum lines are hooked up to match the diagram, but it will not run with the map sensor connected to the vacuum line. tonight I replaced the sensor no change, any ideas? http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/images/smiles/bowdown.gif

Are you sure you have that funny double plug right way around in the throttle body? One prong of it is blind, and the other passes vacuum. Easy to get it wrong way around.

thanks matt --- checked it ---- both holes are open, map sensor hooked to bottom hole --- no change
