'cuz there are NO rod bearings in it. I pulled the pan here at the house.
You should thank SeanP. for the two regular bolts at the top of the bell housing.

It's here at the house along with a crank. I thought Jason was going to pull the motor out of the TJ or buy one from a wrecking yard?
I also have a set of wheels and tires he can use untill he buys some of his own.

Well the engines pulled...wasn't all that difficult...but it should go faster for the next ones (Kent and Bryan?). There were 2 bolts on the bell housing we forgot....stupid me. Only thing is, there's no belts, oil pan, rod bearings, and lots of other misc. BS. So I'm screwed if I want to get a long block, looks like I'll have to get a used motor. I'm having trouble finding one. I used www.car-parts.com so I'll start calling around tommorrow.
And damn, did you really need to many freakin grounds on the block? Theres like 5 of em all over the place. And theres duck tape on all these wires...?? Little scary!

I gave you the new rod bearings I bought.
Yes, you need all those ground wires (if you didn't, Jeep wouldn't have installed them).
The tape is covering a soldering job (sorry, I didn't have any [i:d86ecc9826]black[/i:d86ecc9826] tape).
Tell Bryan he needs to come by and swap me tires. I'll be by to get the rest of my parts shortly.
