maybe in the front (coils)
ford f-150 coils in the front just bolt up, but i doubt f150 leaves will bolt right up.
do what Glacialbass said, search for bastard pack, or home brew lift, or rocklizzards

you can use just about any 2.5" leaf pack for a donor. Last year I used most of the leafs from a Bronco II under my XJ main leaf for around 2.75" of lift. After a year it settled down to around 2.5" which is about what I was looking for.
