'89 Comanche Sportruck feeler

Hey all I've got an 89 MJ 2wd 2.5 4speed manual. I recently purchased this in June from a private seller. I paid $800 for it and I am afraid its not worth that. The reason I do not believe its worth that is because when me and my father went to look at this truck we were told that it had approximately 150,xxx miles on it and the speedo cable had recently broke. I then found some papers in the glove box after returning home with the truck that indicated that the mileage in 2005 when the vehicle was licensed was 149 thousand and some change. I was then pissed because I was now insecure about what else he may have lied to me about.
Well I can go on about this situation but I'm just gonna skip to the point.

What it needs:
left upper ball joint
both rear wheel cylinders
possibly idle air actuator
valve cover and gasket
both manual window regulators (I have them just never put them in)
ECT for the gauge (see what I've done)
Tach adjusted to four cylinder (see what I've done)
Speedo cable
Headliner
possibly ignition coil and or module
possibly idle actuator
front pads and turn rotors soon
heater hoses
blower motor switch

What I've done to the truck:
Four new tires
Full gauge cluster
new o2 sensor
changed diff fluid
cleaned grounds
changed engine oil
new spark plugs
new ignition lock cylinder
added a spare tire
new rear view mirror
new water pump
new upper and lower rad hoses
fuel system cleaning
added factory digital clock
added cigarette lighter outlet
flushed radiator

Well thats all I can think of at the moment. I would greatly appreciate any input on this.
This truck could be an awesome project truck being that its not a highly sought after setup. Also here are some pics.

(1) How much are you asking for the truck? (2) Where is Arnold, MO (what part of MO ) (3) You open to any trades?

I would like to get the original $800 that I paid, back out of it. Arnold, Mo is about a 1/2 south of downtown St. Louis. Not really into any trades at this point in time. Although I would like to hear what you might be willing to trade.
