Looking for SYE write up

I tried the search and what not I can't find one. I just got an AA SYE kit and custom CV drive line with it. I have the instructions that came with AA but I just want some input about the AA kit and also with the older than 97 shafts need the needle bearing removed? I read that in the instructions but it really does not say how to. I can see a press in one of the photo's but I don't have one. Any help?
