descision

should i start a stroker build up or get a ARB bumper? i've got a link to a 87 4.2 complete 200obo. then theres a ARB for 400 obo. i cant really decide which i want to do. my bumper is huge and heavy. but i've always kicked around the stroker for a while. can someone help me decide?
