8.25 4.88 gears

i saw some one post about a company making 4.88 gears for our 8.25 . dose anyone have some information on this ? i did a search but didnt come up with anything . thanks for your help .

Mine are on the way as well as the Aussie. It will be January before I get them in but I will post up results. They will get beat on!

thanks guys ! so a few ?'s !is there a big differance between 4.56 and 4.88 ? and is this only for 27 spine ?

im currently running 4.56 and would like a little more gear for the hills !

no they will work with 29 spline carrier and shafts... what size tires are you running?

35's with the older tranny ! so my final gear ratio is nunericaly lower ! so its fine on the flat streches but starts t bog down on the inclines !
i wanna gra a arb so this might be the time to upgrade !

yes 4.88s would be great for you

4.88 will put you at a near stock ratio with 35's, 5.13 would be better but our axles won't do those, thats another upgrade!
