best way to measure a lift with bushwackers

I need to level my jeep out and need to know what the best way to get an accurate measurment of the lift since I have the BW flares. I would have searched longer but I had to get back to work. Thanks in advance!

measure from the axle tube to the frame rail. the front should be 6.75 and the rear should be 6 stock.

Thanks so much that helped, but after I measured the rear it was 11" which means I have 5" of lift for soft ride or 4" with heavy duty. I have a pair of used Rusty's 4.5 full pack on it now. Would it be safe to say that I would go with the 4" measurement?
