Whats the easiest way to get to the washer fluid container/hoses in a 99 to see where its leaking from?

Through the wheelwell. Pull the liner down to get to the bottle.

Save yourself some grief, just bite the bullet and jack it up, then REMOVE the liner, take out ALL the push thingys and set the liner aside. Panel removal tool comes in really handy here, I was able to re-use all my panel retainers.
I just changed the pump, tried just working my hand up there, no go, tried removing just some of the push retainers, no go, finally I just got the floor jack out, lifted it till the front wheel started to come of the ground and went from there.
If you leave that one down in the front bottom attached you will fight it for 20 minutes trying to get the liner back in and will end up removing it anyway LOL....
I figure I wasted 20 min screwing with it before I just did it right.
