shackle help

While replacing my RC AAL and lift shackles with shock shackles and rusty's leafs, the bolt the holds the shackle to the body is not coming out. it spins freely and there isnt a way that i have found to get a wrench or something back there. I have also tried bringing the bolt out with a hammer and chisle but to no luck. PLEASE HELP ME!! I love my XJ and don't really want to cut a hole in the floor to try and get the sucker out.

You have a common problem. The only fix is to cut an access hole in the rail or floor weld it back up. There are a bunch of threads with pictures on this forum. Have fun & do a good job.
