Shock valving

I was looking at some Bilstein 7100's for the front. I originally started looking at the 5150's, but realized that I might be better to spend the extra to get the 7100's. Question is, what valving. I know it is hard to say, But does anybody have any opinions on the matter. I was thinking 180/75. I want something fairly soft, but not to soft. I am running some old skyjacker hydros now.

My guess would be that sounds right with the valving but I would call bilstein to get a better answer as far as weight and the like. But I'm sure someone has done it. Juice
