Rear side window leak

I have noticed a leak coming from the side rear window in the cargo area of my jeep. In fact after a really heavy rain the whole lower quarter panel fills with water behind the plastic panel. Is there an easy way to seal the leak without removing the glass or taking it to a body shop? I was thinking maybe if I found exactly where it was coming out of that I could Silicone it? but everytime I do something like that it just starts leaking where I dont have the silicone

I have this same problem and I used silicone with some improvement but I'm still getting water in the rear cargo area... I'm looking forward to see if anyone has a DIY fix for this.

Stand at the rear, look at the top corner, where the pinch seam comes together.
I have cracks in this area and also have leak.
