Brake pulsing BUT...

I don't feel it in the pedal. The whole vehicle pulses so to speak. Rear drums not applying equal perhaps? Air in the lines, proportioning valve?? A warped rotor I'd feel at the pedal. Ideas?

does the steering wheel shake? if so rotors are out of round.

If the whole vehicle shakes without the steering shaking, it would be rear brake drums warped.
