So the time has come for me to sell my Jeep. It's too big for me to drive every day. The gas mileage is killing me and I've found a potential buyer. I'll build another one as a toy soon, but for now it's being evicted from my driveway. It really comes down to me being a poor college kid, who cant afford to drive the monster anymore. And the money from the Jeep will be invested into my Nissan 240sx,
Should I have the next owner sign some sort of release, something to the effect of:
It is understood that this vehicle has been modified. The seller is in no way responsible to any fines, damages (physical or mechanical) that mey result from the use of this vehicle. It is also understood that the inspection sticker may not be valid although it is up to date.
Ultimatly what I'm afraid of, is the kid flipping it over, getting death wobble, or crashing and killing someone. And I dont want it to come back on me in any way.
